Unlike a single factory, Tex Beat Sourcing works with a wide network of specialized manufacturers to meet diverse product needs. We handle everything—from sampling and price negotiation to production and quality control—acting as your trusted local partner to ensure top quality, competitive pricing, and on-time delivery.

Our team consists of experienced professionals in merchandising, sourcing, quality control, and logistics. With years in the international apparel trade, we understand global standards and ensure quality through hands-on factory visits and dedicated project management.

MOQs vary by product, fabric, and color, typically starting around 1,000–1,200 pieces per style per color. Flexibility may be possible depending on your project.

Our standard payment is via an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight. For long-term partners, alternative terms like partial advance T/T payments may be arranged.

We manage shipping on FOB (Free On Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms, handle all export documentation, coordinate with factories and freight partners, and ensure timely, reliable delivery.

Lead time usually ranges from 90 to 120 days after order confirmation and L/C receipt, depending on garment complexity, materials, and quantity. We provide a precise timeline for each project to ensure on-time delivery.

We specialize in knit, woven, and sweater products, including menswear, ladieswear, kidswear, home textiles, and apparel accessories. Our network of mills allows us to source a wide variety of fabrics and materials to meet your needs.

We create samples based on your tech pack or reference, starting with a proto sample, then fit samples for sizing adjustments, and finally 'pre-production sample' (PPS) using actual materials for approval before mass production. We handle all communication and logistics to ensure efficiency.

We ensure quality through our dedicated team of Quality Controllers who oversee every stage of production. They conduct pre-production meetings, regular inline inspections, and final random inspections before packing, ensuring all buyer specifications and international quality standards are met from start to finish.

We have a strict multi-stage inspection process to prevent issues. If a problem occurs, we act immediately—working with the factory to fix it and keeping you informed until it’s fully resolved to your satisfaction.

Yes. We only work with factories that follow local labor laws and global ethical standards. If you need specific certifications (e.g., WRAP, BSCI, OEKO-TEX), we’ll match you with a compliant partner.
